THE STORY OF ROBIN HOOD.



1. Once upon a time, long, long ago, a man called Robin Hood lived with his friends in Sherwood Forest.


2. The people who lived near Sherwood Forest were very poor and hungry. The Sheriff of Nottingham robbed their money and their food.


3. Robin was a very good man. He robbed the rich and gave money and food to the poor. The poor people loved him.


4. The Sheriff of Nottingham lived in a castle. He was a very bad man. He hated Robin and wanted to kill him.


5. Maid Marian was a beautiful girl. The Sheriff loved her, but she hated the sheriff. He forced her to live in his castle.


6. Secretly, Robin loved Marian and Marian loved robin.


7. One day the Sheriff discovered where robin and his friends lived. He attacked the camp and arrested some of Robin's friends.


8. Robin and his other friends planned to rescue Marian and the arrested friends.


9. Suddenly, they attacked the castle and rescued Marian and their friends. The King Richard arrested the sheriff.


10. Robin married Marian and they all lived happily ever after in their homes in trees.
